Currently all planets in the sky are stuck in between the lunar nodes, Rahu and Ketu, which is known as Kala Sarpa Yoga - a time which makes everything feel more intense.

Important Transits

During times when all planets in the sky are located in between the lunar nodes, some of our deep hidden subconscious patterns and shadows may re-emerge on the surface of our consciousness, so that we may face them and transform them. We may get triggered more easily and become more reactive. But if we use this powerful energy to turn within and genuinely introspect, we may also find an opportunity hidden there: an opportunity to free ourselves from those limitations of the past and go beyond.

This also means that in the upcoming months half of each lunar month (the one during which Moon joins the Kala Sarpa combination) will be more challenging than usual.

Below are the periods during which Moon will be dwelling in between the nodes together with all other planets:

  • 17 March – 30 March
  • 14 April – 26 April
  • 11 May – 23 May
  • 8 June – 20 June
  • 4 July – 11 July

Note the dates are approximate and there may be 1 day difference in your timezone. You can track these periods accurately converted into your timezone in our Vedic Calendar.
