Ardra
The storm of transformation
I am Ardra.
I am an unstoppable force of nature and a fierce bringer of progress.
I carry Rudra’s transformational power, and the fierce energy of the storms.
Through chaos and thunder, I initiate progress.
Through rain and tears, I purify and transform.
I destroy what is old and make a way for new beginnings.
I inspire you to befriend the storms and learn from their wisdom.

oṁ aiṁ ārdra nakṣatrayai namaḥ
Rudra is the god of all inner and outer storms, turbulence, transformations and powerful, unrestrained forces of nature. He challenges us to make our effort when meeting turbulent situations in life and see how we can progress through them.
Ardra literally means “the moist one”. Similarly like reviving rain, which usually comes along with storm, softens the soil, so our heart gets transformed and softened through intense life experiences. Challenges, losses, suffering, purify us like the rain and, paradoxically, make us more alive and sensitive. They inspire us to get out of our head for a moment, to transcend the limitations of our ego and re-prioritise our goals. Such is also the nature of Ardra nakshatra. It inspires us to re-discover our strength through challenges. This is why its power is yatna shakti – “power to make effort”. This ability to make our effort, to embrace the struggle, and, like a storm cloud, not to be afraid to go against the current, is what Ardra nakshatra blesses us with, along with its presiding deity, Rudra, and co-ruling graha: Rahu.
However, with human head as one of its symbols, we can sometimes be too stuck in our head, whenever Moon is transiting this nakshatra. We can become overly focused on our goals, without ability to see a bigger picture. Powerful mental energy of this nakshatra, dwelling at the heart of Gemini (original 3rd house, representing our thinking process and power to make effort), can energise our intellect, bless us with brilliant ideas and give us the power to realise them in the world. But, if not controlled, it can also prove to be destructive, as Rudra himself is the presiding deity of process of destruction. Too much mental energy makes us sometimes too stuck in our own head and can lead to overly self-centered words, thoughts and actions. Be watchful on such a day not to sacrifice too much on the way to your goals. Make sure that you progress through life in sustainable, non-destructive way.
Divine & Shadow Qualities
Rudra is a Vedic god of storms. He brings a powerful force of transformation into our lives, washes away what is old and prepares the place for something new to grow. Through chaos he initiates the progress. Yet, this powerful force, once it awakens within us, can sometimes also become overly destructive and overly focused on the goal and progress, regardless of its price. When Moon passes through Ardra nakshatra we need to be especially careful that we don’t get too stuck in our mind and that we don’t silence our heart.

Ardra In-Depth
On Ardra in-depth you will learn about such details of Ardra Nakshatra and its presiding deity, Rudra, which you never heard on any other course. I can promise you that. On this course we dive deep not only into the wisdom of the nakshatra itself, but we also have a close look at the anatomy of the nakshatra, with its 4 unique padas and special degrees. You will also learn about various yogas formed with Ardra Nakshatra.
Spiritual aspect of the nakshatras was always most fascinating for me. Being on spiritual path for more than 12 years, I was always asking myself a question, what the Moon is trying to teach me, when it passes, day by day, through each nakshatra, awakening its dormant shakti. A spiritual approach to the nakshatras and seeking their deeper wisdom in everyday life is what makes my nakshatra classes unique and quite different from others.
I believe that knowledge can gain its real value only once we learn how to apply it. Each of our classes completes with a detailed analysis of chosen study cases, so you can learn better, how the shakti of the nakshatra can manifest in people’s real lives. After each class you will also receive at least 20 study cases for self-study, so you can start observing some patterns and feel more confident in noticing the influence of the nakshatras.
