Highlights of the journey

Between Eclipses

Sacred Time For Sacred Journey

This unique journey into the mystical Himalayas will take place during a very special fortnight, which will begin and end with an eclipse. The fortnight between eclipses was since ancient times known by the yogis as the sacred time when one can reach deeper layers of one’s soul and reconnect with the Divine. During the time of eclipses Sun, Moon and Earth are aligned in perfect line, symbolising the inner alignment between what’s bright and Divine within us and our human consciousness.

Mystical Himalayas

Ancient Places of Power

Himalayas inspired spiritual seekers since ages. Countless yogis and saints passed through, and are still living, in this abode of the gods. On our journey we will explore some of the most potent places of power in the Himalayas – including a powerful shaktipeetha, an underground cave temple of Lord Shiva and the places where Mahavatar Babaji Himself, a timeless yogi, used to meditate. We will also meet one saint who lives in the Himalayas and had a direct encounter with Mahavatar Babaji.

Meditation in places of power

Sadhana for liberation

Atma Kriya Yoga

Atma Kriya Yoga, a sadhana for daily practice, was given to the world by Paramahamsa Vishwananda and Mahavatar Babaji. It is a masterfully crafted series of kriyas, techniques which combine meditation, science of breath, visualisation, mantras, mudras and working on your chakras, with a single purpose: to uplift your entire being and finetune it to the frequency of the Divine. It is an incredibly precious tool for spiritual transformation and living a soul-centered life, which you will learn during this journey and take with you back home.

Power of Sacred Geometry

Sri Yantra Meditation

Sri Yantra is the geometric manifestation of the all-pervading Divine Force and it has been worshipped and meditated upon since ages as the abode of Divine Goddess, Shakti. The ancient art of drawing and painting the Sri Yantra, or meditating with it, awakens many inner powers within the practitioner. During this journey you will learn how to meditate with Sri Yantra and will learn a secret meditation with Sri Yantra.

Meditation Under Himalayan Sky

Imagine an evening meditation under a starlit Himalayan sky, where you can actually directly look into the nakshatras and planets and feel their energy… This is how some of our late evenings are going to look like, with stargazing and meditation sessions.

Your Guides

Achala started her spiritual journey at the early age of 16, and met her Satguru, Paramahamsa Vishwananda, at 17. Just a year later she became an Atma Kriya Yoga teacher and started to teach this ancient science of yoga and meditation in various countries. When she came across the science of Vedic Astrology in 2009, she fell in love with it – not because of its predictive accuracy, but because she realised that astrology is a powerful tool for personal and spiritual development. Currently an author of 5 books, she is also hosting a number of courses.

Similar to his wife Achala, Govindadas was pulled into a spiritual path at an early age after he discovered Atma Kriya Yoga. He met His Guru, Paramahamsa Vishwananda, when he was 21 years old. For years, he was fascinated with the idea of creating sustainable living spaces, built with respect to nature and the more subtle cosmic forces. He learnt Vastu Shastra from various teachers, including Mandodari, who had a privilege to learn this ancient science directly from Dr Ganapati Sthapati himself – a legend of Vastu Shastra. Currently He is also a Sri Yantra Teacher.

Rishika Abhirami

Rishika Abhirami is an Atma Kriya Yoga teacher with 15 years of experience, a lecturer on the Bhagavad Gita and other spiritual writings of India, teacher of meditation, mantras and mudras. Since 2007 she has been a student of Paramahamsa Vishwananda, and since 2014 she has been permanently residing in Vrindavan, India, and guiding many people through spiritual trips across India.
