Guided Meditation with the Spirit of Time

“The Supreme Lord exists within as the Supersoul, and without as Time.”
– Srimad Bhagavatam 3.26.18

Vedic sages believed that Time is not impersonal, but it’s a direct manifestation of the Divine. For a devotee of Divine Mother, that personification of Time (kala) is Kali. For a devotee of Lord Shiva it is Kalabhairava. Both Kali and Kalabhairava being fierce aspects of the Divine. But Vaishnavas view the spirit of Time to be directly Narayana (literally “the one who directs all beings from within”), one of the most compassionate aspects of the Divine. They believe that entirety of Time and existence resides in His single glance.

In this guided meditation you will learn how to relate to that Great Spirit of Time or Kala Purusha in a different, more loving way. This meditation can be particularly powerful for those who currently go through significant transitions in life.
